What is Living Peace? That’s a really good question. I’d love to know how you define it. And the truth is, it’s not so much a definition as a way of engaging in our lives every day. We all live peace. We live it in the way we talk to our family, friends, and co-workers. We live it in the way we take care of our bodies, minds, and our environment. We are making good happen all the time and we can celebrate that.
And we can also take an honest look at how we are not living peace. In the ways we talk to our family, friends, and co-workers, And in the way we take care of our bodies, minds, and our environment.
Why this living peace tug of war? I KNOW it’s always better to do the kind thing, to bite my tongue, to help others instead of zoning out in front of the television or computer. But it’s just so easy to do the habitual, self-centered thing…
So the journey goes on. Living peace here and not so much peace there… And remembering that living peace is always available to me. I have a choice in every moment, and all I can do is to do my best. It’s always up to me.
How do you live peace and how do you not live peace in your life? I’m listening…
Peace Grl Out.
