Meatless Monday: Green Smoothie
It’s Monday! You can start the day with this delicious green smoothie which will boost up your immune system and keep you energized throughout the day.

- 1 large orange, peeled and segmented
- 1/2 of a large banana, cut into chunks
- 6 large strawberries
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
